We Give Back
We make the time to give back as much as we can throughout the year because it is important to each member of our staff. Each year, we give to the American Cancer Society, Volunteers of America, and the American Heart Association. We also support many local charities and have participated in Detroit Remodeled.
We hold unique events throughout the year for our staff to raise donations. One specific way we raise money is to give our team the option of donating $15 to a specific charity each month in exchange for the opportunity to wear jeans to work. Most recently, we donated our “jeans money” to our city’s school district to reduce student lunch debt. One October, we got our friends and clients involved and raised more than $3,500 for Making Strides for Breast Cancer (American Cancer Association) and our CEO dyed her hair pink for meeting the goal. At the end of the year we sponsor a local family in need to make sure that there are plenty of gifts under their Christmas tree! We know that our contributions, though not large, make a positive impact every month.
